How to Use the TOPDON BT100 Battery Tester

A weak battery causes no-start complaints and misleading sensor codes. The TOPDON BT100 performs 100–2000 CCA load tests on 12V batteries.

Step 1: Connect clamps

Attach red/black clamps to the battery terminals with the engine off.

Step 2: Select battery type

Choose flooded, AGM, or gel as applicable for accurate CCA results.

Step 3: Run load test

Follow on-screen prompts for cranking and charging system analysis before replacing parts.
